Previously serving as CTO & COO, Elias has a proven track record of bringing people together, building high-performing global teams, architecting scalable products and platforms, and delivering measurable results that maximize operational impact and business value leading to successful exits across industries. He holds degree in Computer Engineering and is a graduate of Wharton’s CTO Program. He lives with his family in Pennsylvania, USA.

With a strong technical foundation honed in medical device product development, he possesses deep expertise in analytics, process design, risk management, and regulatory strategy. Dr. Christian Doisl is a cross-disciplinary innovation leader with 20+ years of experience as a SME leader in R&D process optimization, engineering, and strategic consulting. As Chief Product Officer at Clinidash, he brings a strong track record of applying advanced technologies to real-world challenges in healthcare and life sciences.

He holds a Dr.-Ing. in Mechanical Engineering (Ergonomics) and a Dipl.-Ing. in Electrical Engineering and Information Technology, both from the Technical University of Munich. His doctoral research focused on the system-ergonomic analysis of advanced driver assistance systems. Christian combines deep technical acumen with a pragmatic, results-oriented approach to leading complex product development and transformation initiatives. He resides in Germany.

With a Masters in Forensics Computing, Bachelors in Computer Engineering, and a strong foundation in cybersecurity, his expertise spans ethical hacking, incident response, AI-powered cyber defense, and control optimization. He led end-to-end security programs in high-stakes environments, improving resilience against ransomware, credential-based attacks, and advanced threats. A pioneer in applying AI and analytics to cybersecurity, Vijoo brings a pragmatic, forward-looking approach to protecting sensitive healthcare data. He lives with his family in Brisbane, Australia.

With a Master’s in Computer Applications, Jipin brings proven expertise in lean and agile development, secure front-end architecture, and robust application frameworks. He is known for his critical thinking and for best practices in data handling and UX design. Prior to CliniDash, he successfully ran a software development and content creation business, managing a diverse team of professionals. Jipin lives with his family in Kerala, India.
