Elias Tharakan is a visionary healthcare and life sciences leader with 20+ years of experience driving innovation, revenue growth, and digital transformation. As the Chief Executive of Clinidash, he is revolutionizing clinical trials and healthcare through ethical, patient-centered AI, collaborating with global experts and leveraging lean methodologies and automation to drive efficiency and scalability.

Previously serving as CTO & COO, Elias has a proven track record of bringing people together, building high-performing global teams, architecting scalable products and platforms, and delivering measurable results that maximize operational impact and business value leading to successful exits across industries. He holds degree in Computer Engineering and is a graduate of Wharton’s CTO Program. He lives with his family in Pennsylvania, USA.

Vima brings deep expertise in leading complex technology transformations, cloud architecture, and modern development practices, strategically integrating AI tools to enhance efficiency and empower lean teams. Holding advanced degrees in Software and Computer Engineering, she combines technical depth with strategic leadership to ensure CliniDash’s platforms are robust, secure, and scalable. She lives with her family in Gurgaon, India.

Jipin Kumar M

Technical Head - APAC

With 15 years of experience in software development and team management, Jipin leads the engineering and operational activities of our APAC team.

Jipin Kumar M is a seasoned full-stack technology leader with over 15 years of experience in building, scaling, and securing modern digital platforms. As the Technical Head at Clinidash, he plays a pivotal role in driving engineering excellence, leading cross-functional teams, and ensuring high-integrity software delivery across the company’s global initiatives.

With a Master’s in Computer Applications, Jipin brings proven expertise in lean and agile development, secure front-end architecture, and robust application frameworks. He is known for his critical thinking and for best practices in data handling and UX design. Prior to CliniDash, he successfully ran a software development and content creation business, managing a diverse team of professionals. Jipin lives with his family in Kerala, India.
